Today I went on a tour of MCAD.
These are my thoughts so far:

Pros:
~Everything is art related
~SUPER small (about 700 students total)
~Very close (I kinda know the area already and I can visit home easily)
~They provide you with whatever you need right there
~Staff members are really close with students
~24 hour access to studios

Cons:
~No Japanese
~EXPENSIVE! (like 36,000 a year @_@)
~Five hour long classes might kill me =_=
~I can't bring Jasmine ;_;
~Non-art related rooms are REALLY institution-like

Overall I really like it. But my parents are still pretty uneasy about me going to an art school. For now I need to really work on my portfolio to see if I can get some kind of scholarship to try and cut the cost down a bit.
Over MEA weekend I'm planning to visit the St. Paul College of Art & Design but I don't have anything other than that.
If anyone has any recommendations for colleges I should look at I'd love to hear them. My biggest issues are that I'd like it to:
~Be fairly close
~Be small as possible
~Have a good art program
I'd also love it if it has Japanese but I know that most of schools don't so it's not really my top priority right now.
